The United Brass Works 363 Continuous Blow-Down Needle Valve is designed for controlled boiler surface blowdown in steam and hot-water systems. This Class 300 globe-pattern valve uses threaded connections, a rising stem with swivel disc holder, and a calibrated flow indicator that helps operators make repeatable adjustments during continuous boiler blowdown.
The Model 363 is rated for up to 390 PSI at 500°F, with a maximum boiler blow-down pressure of 312 PSI. Its hardened stainless-steel seat and disc are designed for demanding boiler service, while the compact 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch configurations make it suitable for maintenance, replacement, and new boiler installations.
