Everlasting BMVA-3 Bulk Material Valve Overview
The Everlasting BMVA-3 Bulk Material Valve is a 3-inch cast iron isolation valve designed for dry bulk solids, powders, granules, and abrasive materials. It is part of Everlasting Valve Company’s BMV Series for severe-service applications where conventional valves may plug, leak, bind, or wear prematurely.
The BMVA-3 uses a double-disc rotating design that provides self-cleaning and shearing action during operation, helping prevent material buildup around the sealing surfaces. The valve has an 8.25-inch face-to-face dimension and is designed for demanding bulk-material handling applications with pressures up to 100 PSI.
Typical applications include pneumatic conveying, ash handling, cement production, silos, cyclones, baghouses, and other industrial systems handling abrasive dry solids.
