Everlasting PRO-12.00 Process Isolation Valve
The Everlasting PRO-12.00 Process Isolation Valve is a 12-inch severe-service industrial valve designed for demanding applications involving slurries, dry powders, abrasive media, and solids-laden process streams.
The PRO-12.00 is part of Everlasting Valve Company’s PRO Series and uses a rotating-disc design with self-wiping action to help resist buildup, fouling, and material accumulation around the sealing surfaces. Precision-lapped disc and seat surfaces are designed to provide reliable shutoff while repeated cycling supports the valve’s self-lapping sealing action.
This 12-inch process valve has a 30-inch face-to-face dimension and can be configured in multiple ANSI pressure classes. Typical applications include chemical processing, slurry isolation, pneumatic conveying, reactor service, vessel discharge, minerals processing, and other severe industrial process applications.
