The Ingersoll Rand HE2-012M Hercu-Link Electric Chain Hoist is a heavy-duty trolley-mounted electric hoist engineered for demanding industrial lifting applications requiring reliable operation, compact construction, and controlled load movement.
With a nominal lifting capacity of 12.5 metric tons and a single chain fall, the HE2-012M combines substantial lifting capacity with comparatively high lifting and lowering speeds.
The motorized trolley configuration provides powered horizontal travel along the supporting beam while the electric hoist controls vertical lifting and lowering. This allows heavy loads to be lifted, positioned, and transported along the beam using a single integrated material handling system.
The Hercu-Link platform incorporates rugged all-steel construction, Grade 80 alloy steel load chain, IEEE45 marine-grade motors, thermal overload protection, and a fully enclosed automatic multi-disc brake.
