Everlasting 4000S57 Quick Opening Boiler Blowdown Valve
The Everlasting 4000S57, officially designated Model 4000S(57), Quick Opening Boiler Blowdown Valve is designed for rapid bottom blowdown in industrial steam boiler systems where higher pressure capability and carbon steel construction are required.
The Model 4000S(57) features a carbon steel body, threaded end connections, straight-lever operation, and a straight-through flow design. It is rated ANSI Class 300 with a maximum blow-off pressure of 490 PSI according to ASME Code. Everlasting’s sliding-disc design provides self-wiping action to help prevent boiler scale from interfering with the seating surfaces, while its self-lapping sealing action is designed to maintain reliable shutoff through repeated operation.
