Everlasting 4000S58 Quick Opening Boiler Blowdown Valve
The Everlasting 4000S58, officially designated Model 4000S(58), Quick Opening Boiler Blowdown Valve is designed for high-pressure bottom blowdown service in industrial steam boiler systems. Its quick-opening lever operation provides rapid discharge of boiler water containing sludge, scale, sediment, and other accumulated impurities.
The Model 4000S(58) features a carbon steel body, threaded end connections, straight-lever operation, and straight-through flow design. It is rated ANSI Class 600 with a maximum allowable blow-off pressure of 935 PSI according to ASME Code. Hardened stainless steel disc and seat components provide durable sealing surfaces for demanding boiler service.
The Everlasting 4000S58 is available in sizes from 1 inch through 2-1/2 inches and is suitable for high-pressure boiler maintenance, replacement, and severe-service blowdown applications.
