The Everlasting 4001S58, officially designated Model 4001S(58), Quick Opening Flanged Boiler Blowdown Valve is designed for rapid bottom blowdown in high-pressure industrial steam boiler systems.
The Model 4001S(58) features a carbon steel body, flanged end connections, and straight-lever operation for fast discharge of boiler water containing sludge, scale, sediment, and other accumulated impurities. It is rated ANSI Class 600 with a maximum blow-off pressure of 935 PSI according to ASME Code.
Available in sizes from 1 inch through 2-1/2 inches, this valve is suitable for severe-service boiler maintenance, replacement, and high-pressure blowdown installations.
