Everlasting 4061A Slow Opening Flanged Boiler Blowdown Valve
The Everlasting 4061A, officially designated Model 4061-A, Slow Opening Flanged Boiler Blowdown Valve is designed for controlled bottom blowdown service in industrial steam boiler systems. Its hand-wheel operation provides gradual opening to help control the discharge of boiler water containing sludge, scale, sediment, and other accumulated impurities.
The Model 4061-A features a cast iron body, flanged end connections, straight-through flow configuration, and slow-opening wheel operation. It is rated ANSI Class 250 with a maximum boiler blow-off pressure of 200 PSI. Its rotating-disc valve design is intended for demanding boiler blowdown service where scale and solids can create severe operating conditions.
The Everlasting 4061A is available in 1-1/2 inch, 2 inch, and 2-1/2 inch sizes and is suitable for boiler maintenance, replacement, and new industrial blowdown installations.
