Everlasting BMVC-12 Carbon Steel Bulk Material Valve
The Everlasting BMVC-12 Bulk Material Valve is a 12-inch carbon steel isolation valve designed for dry bulk solids, powders, granules, and abrasive materials in demanding industrial conveying applications.
The BMVC-12 is part of Everlasting Valve Company’s BMV Series and uses a rotating double-disc design with self-cleaning and shearing action to help reduce material buildup, plugging, seat erosion, and leakage during repeated cycling. The valve has a 15-inch face-to-face dimension and is designed for service from vacuum up to 100 PSIG.
Typical applications include pneumatic conveying, fly ash handling, cement processing, silos, hoppers, baghouses, mineral handling, coal, pet coke, and other severe-service dry bulk material systems.
