Everlasting BMVC-2.5 Carbon Steel Bulk Material Valve Overview
The Everlasting BMVC-2.5 Bulk Material Valve is a 2-1/2-inch carbon steel isolation valve designed for dry bulk solids, powders, granules, and abrasive materials in demanding industrial conveying applications.
The BMVC-2.5 is part of Everlasting Valve Company’s BMV Series and features a rotating double-disc design with self-cleaning action to help reduce material buildup, plugging, leakage, and premature wear during repeated cycling. The valve has an 8.25-inch face-to-face dimension and is designed for service from vacuum up to 100 PSIG.
Typical applications include pneumatic conveying, ash handling, cement processing, silos, hoppers, baghouses, mineral handling, and other abrasive dry-material systems.
