The United Brass Works Model 17 Rising Stem Gate Valve is designed for full shut-off service in industrial water, steam, oil, and gas applications. Its rising stem provides a clear visual indication of valve position, while the solid wedge and screwed bonnet construction provide dependable isolation service. The valve features a bronze body with threaded end connections and is rated for 150 WSP at temperatures up to 350°F and 300 WOG. The Model 17 is available in sizes from 1/2 inch through 2 inches and is suitable for boiler piping, industrial maintenance, replacement, and general isolation applications.
