The United Brass Works 364 Continuous Blow-Down Needle Valve is an angle-pattern Class 300 valve designed for controlled continuous boiler surface blowdown. It features threaded end connections, a rising stem with swivel disc holder, and a calibrated easy-to-read gauge with pointer for repeatable flow adjustment.
The Model 364 is rated for a maximum pressure of 390 PSI at 500°F and a maximum boiler blow-down pressure of 312 PSI. Its stainless-steel seat and disc are hardened for demanding steam and boiler service. Available in 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch sizes, this angle-pattern continuous blowdown valve is suitable for boiler water-quality control, maintenance, replacement, and industrial steam-system applications.
