United Brass Works 897 Overview
The United Brass Works Model 897 Bronze Size 5 Sight Glass is designed for direct visual monitoring of water level in industrial boiler and steam applications. Rated for 300 WSP at temperatures up to 450°F and 600 WOG at ambient temperature, the assembly features a bronze gauge body with borosilicate reflex glass and 1/2-inch threaded connections. The Model 897 provides a 7-3/4-inch viewable area and is designed for use with compatible United Brass Works gauge valve sets in boiler water-level monitoring installations.
